Montenegro at the talks in Brussels: on taxation and external relations

At a meeting on European integration, Montenegro's representatives opened two more chapters: External Relations and Taxation. As stated by the main coordinator of Montenegro on the accession to the EU A. Pejović, the issue of external relations was raised in connection with a significant increase in the country's potential in the field of foreign policy and foreign economic relations. Alexander Pejović mentioned the experience of Croatia in connection with joining NATO and proposed to bring the legislation of Montenegro concerning foreign trade (and state regulation of import and export processes in particular) in accordance with the rules adopted by the European Union.

The same moment of synchronization the representatives of Montenegro consider necessary for the processes of taxation. The Government of Montenegro has already adopted a number of changes in the tax legislation that bring the country closer to the methods of regulation operating in NATO.
