How young we became ...

Dear readers! I want to remind you that I am writing for older people, but it is desirable to read to everyone, because it is just useful to know. In my articles, I express my subjective opinion. I do not idealize this country. I was born in the USSR, and part of my soul continues to live in the vastness of that same USSR, but the second part is fascinated by Montenegro and lives under a gentle sun. And since I am a positive person, and I see more positive moments than negativity, it seems that I praise this country. It's not so, I just write about what I see and what I feel.

In my first article, I talked about the wonderful climate of Montenegro, as one of the reasons for moving to this country for permanent residence. Today, the topic is no less important - the moral component of such a decision. First a few words about yourself. I am a free bird, I live wherever I want. I traveled to Russia, Ukraine, lived in Germany, for a long time I could not say goodbye to Greece (almost 7 years), and at the age of 45, I wanted to hang out in gold-domed. And now I take a Moscow newspaper to find work and read that workers are required to pack bulk products up to 45 years. That is me, a healthy aunt with two diplomas with honors about higher education will not take the buckwheat to work, because I'm already old.

All my further life in Moscow was proof of my uselessness simply because I was behind ... With employment, problems began to disappear, perennial supports disappeared, and it became necessary to revise the meaning of life. In psychology, this is called a retirement age crisis. Before retirement, the person has everything determined, well, not everything, but much. Especially acute is the crisis of retirement, when for a person work was the greatest value. And suddenly he loses it, and everything collapses. Often people are so painfully experiencing this moment in their lives that this leads to mental, physical problems, and even to premature death.

A person has lived throughout the time with a disrupted value system, and when the main value disappears, the meaning of life is lost. In Montenegro, a miracle happens with those who have experienced similar conditions. And this is quite understandable. And the reason is the life expectancy of its inhabitants. According to various organizations, Montenegro occupies 62-65 places in the rating of the life expectancy of the population and is 73 years for men and 78 years for women. To our great regret, Russia stands in these ratings at 122 -142 places. The latest statistics for 2012 indicate that the actual duration of the inhabitants of Montenegro increased, and men on average began to live up to 75, and women - to 80 years. On the Adriatic coast, these figures are even higher due to more favorable climatic conditions!

Now, I hope it is understandable why in 50 years women here are not considered old women. It's only a bit more than half the life, not the end. And every second man at this age considers himself a lucky guy and assiduously teaches Russian greetings, beautiful! In shopping centers and various institutions work quite adult ladies, in prestigious restaurants we are served by quite grown men. The age-specific framework of demand is much wider than, for example, in the CIS countries. So, if you want to prolong youth and live a long time - come live in Montenegro!
